Parliament of Saxony Architect: Peter Kulka, 1991-94. Place: Altstadt, Holländische Straße 2. Text: The Parliament is an addition at the building designed by Barthold u. Tiede 1928-31. First it was used as Land Revenue Office, later as SED-District-Management. The whole plan seems to be light like a pavilion and transparent. The building got the German Prize of Steel Construction in 1994. |
